Went at night for self service since I couldn't make it during their operation hours. What you need to know about self service. The machine accepts only 1 dollars. I had 20 dollars but had to go to Baskin Robin to break it to 1 dollar bills. Was not sure how much gallon the standard tank was so I did 1 gallon first n guessed the rest. Incase you over estimate you need to press the start button again to stop the water otherwise you will experience an overflow. gave me a mini shower. All in all am happy I have water. 🥰
BUYERS BE AWARE WHEN PAYING WITH THE Purewater PREPAID CARD! Employee accused me of not paying. Today I went in to fill my 3 of the 5 gallon jugs. As my water was getting filled I handed my card to the employee so he can mark the number of gallons. He marked it off and handed me the card. The employee was too busy chatting with his friend who was filling up the water as well. They definitely knew each other since he said “ i will meet you there tonight”. Great customer service and very helpful staff! The young man Juan helped me load my 12 bottles into my car and when I tried to tip him, we wouldn’t let me. Very respectful young man will be coming back
