BUYERS BE AWARE WHEN PAYING WITH THE Purewater PREPAID CARD! Employee accused me of not paying. Today I went in to fill my 3 of the 5 gallon jugs. As my water was getting filled I handed my card to the employee so he can mark the number of gallons. He marked it off and handed me the card. Great customer service and very helpful staff! The young man Juan helped me load my 12 bottles into my car and when I tried to tip him, we wouldn’t let me. Very respectful young man will be coming back
This place is the only place I go to get water! Shout out to all the gentlemen that work there, they work so hard and give off incredible customer service! Especially Chris! He went above and beyond to accommodate and help me since I’m pregnant. Thank you Chris!
