Complete rip off of a company. They came out and snaked my drain for 2.5 hours and charged $341.00 and still didn't find out what was wrong. Then they proceeded to file a lien on my property when it had only been a little over a week since they came out. I met the plumber and told him the morning before they filed the lien that I'd be paying them the day after tomorrow but they still filed it anyway... I would never ever recommend this company to anyone unless they like getting ripped off.
Bad! They said they will come and two days after they don’t. Not even a call. Not a serious place.
These guys Juan and Derrell came and perfectly found the problem I was having and didn’t give up on me! They came when they said they were. They got to the root of the problem! Thank you Super Plumbing and heating!!!!!
A complete rip off and a bunch of scammers. They are currently trying to charge me $1700 for a job they were unable to fix. I called for a water leak and the two guys they sent to my house had completely no idea what they were doing. They were doing guess work and ended up cutting and running a water line they weren't supposed to of which didn't fix the problem. I called another plumber and he fixed the problem within an hour.
