They showed up to the appointment when they said they would, after calling to give a 30 minute heads up. Our technician was polite and professional, and explained everything he was doing for us. He quickly found the issue, resolved it, and there were no surprise fees. Great place!
The gas valve of my furnace failed to function last Tuesday. Tech came over and found out it needs a replacement. He ordered the parts and came over to finish the repair on Thursday. He did a great job. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

I can't say enough good things. My heat stopped working on a Friday night (and it was COLD out!),The Repair guy did not only came within hours of my call, but he went out of his way to get a part for the furnace since he didn't have it. He was able to restore my heat, and in general, he was so nice and professional. Highly recommend!
Don't waste your money. After calling them three times before they showed up a received no resolution. The worker was nice enough but didn't know what he was doing. First he said there was nothing wrong with my air conditioning unit, just that is too hot, to there's a leak somewhere in the unit and needed a charge, to it just wontw turn on so need a new unit $7000.00. After all this he ended up not charging the unit but charged me $133.50. Not a lot of money but I at least wanted something done. I had to call another company... read more
