Completely unprofessional! I had a family member who comes to your place for the last few years Never had one bad thing to say but after the experience that they had yesterday they will never be back again for the owner to call and disrespect a client for thinking they were a no-show when there’s clearly text messages to prove the time that they were supposed to show up but the owner feels the need to be nasty on the phone. I usually go to my preferred groomer but they are closed with everything going on with covid so I saw super Pawz was taking people and figured I would try them. I called and to my excitement got her in within a couple days. But I personally am not happy at all with how my dog looks. I asked for a puppy cut and my husband picked her up and she is shaved practically bald. Not even a half inch on her. Maybe I was not specific but I definitely did not say to shave her all the way down to nothing. 😭

We went there today for the first time ever. They were INCREDIBLE! I was nervous as my dog is not a fan of nail trimmings. He was inside for 3 minutes and his nails were all done. Everyone was so kind and took all the precautions regarding COVID. Definitely recommend!!! Might I add, when I called for the appointment they got us in an hour later. Exceptional service!
Excellent groomer Stella, she does such a great job on my sheltie and lab but the sheltie is exceptional. Very very pleased.
They care about your pet. Groomers follow your instructions on how you want your pet groomed. Moe and Jeter are very happy to go to Super-Pawz. So am I!
We have a rescued Rebone Coonhound mix and she can be very nervous in new situations so I was always nervous to take her to a groomer. My friend recommended this place and they were amazing!! They were very patient and did an awesome job. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone!
I have had great experiences with Superpaws. Lily enjoys her spa days. Thank you Stella she looks amazing today!
