Not professional or friendly. I waited 25 minutes just for a question regarding contact lenses order. The guy was angry somehow. He was tidying up avoiding to talk to me. Not recommended at all. It’s better to say hi and smile and see if you can’t help people don’t make them waited too long.
Great optometrists and contact lenses suppliers, been going to them for over 5 years now. Always reliable and reasonably priced. Bill the receptionist is very kind and speaks both Chinese and English.
Called them today. Hanged up straight after I said I want a contact lens. Wish I could give zero stars.
Bill was really kind and friendly helping me choose frames that suited my face. Frames are decently priced and they came a lot faster than expected! Overall, very pleased with the services here. I’ll definitely be back for more glasses in the future!
