Disappointed that they open late and don’t respect peoples time. On google it says they open at 9:30am however it was already 9:40am and no one was there. We called to see if they are going to open later today and the Lady on the phone was driving saying that they don’t open up for another hour however, once we said we were out already outside she said to give her 15 to 30 minutes. I’m honestly shocked this salon is still operating. The level of uncleanliness was appalling. They did not use new or sanitized utensils, and everything—from the stations to the tools—was visibly filthy. The nail technician used an old, dirty napkin during my manicure, which already had other people’s nail clippings stuck to it. The nail files were so worn out and overused they were coated in white buildup, and I was genuinely concerned about the risk of infection. Went to this salon showed them the picture of design I wanted and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you I love my new nails. I am a very happy customer and will be making this salon my new addition to my beauty needs.

Great experience! There was a bit of a wait, but everyone is so kind and entertaining I didn't even mind. My nails came out amazing and I am excited to come back in a few weeks :)
