the first picture is what i wanted and theresa did absolutely wonderful!! all the staff in there were super nice and very welcoming since it was my first time!!! one of holmes hidden gems for sure. I was in there for about an hour and a half and not only did she do my nails super quickly, they came out beautifully!! if i could rate more than five stars i would. definitely will be returning
Absolutely awful went in for a refill and this is what I came out with asked for a refund and I was Denied paid $50 please don’t ever go here !!
They are wonderful!! I give Theresa a picture of what I'd like and she nailed it!! Been coming here for at least 10 years, they never disappoint!!

DO NOT GET THE DIP. If I could give negative or zero reviews I would. My mom got a fungal infection in two of her nails from the dip that have taken 7+ months to clear up.
