I had a mixed experience at this salon. The pedicure was definitely the highlight—the technician was very gentle, took her time, and provided excellent customer service. She made the experience relaxing and enjoyable, and I really appreciated her careful attention to detail. However, I was very disappointed with the manicure. I'm new to the area so I have been searching for a new nail salon. I called around some places that were booked, I happened to drive by this place so I decided to stop in. Though they had people in chairs, they squeezed me and my daughter in. I got a pedicure with french gel and dip on my nails. My daughter got polish on her nails and feet. my nails are lumpy and different shapes, the woman kept stopping service to make calls and play youtube videos and then pressured me into subscribing to her youtube channel. then when they were done they told us they only take cash and made us go to an atm instead of telling us in advance. i hate leaving bad reviews but they dont seem to care about their clients at all
