Asked for a soak off for gel instead of a soak off they took a tool that looked like a cake cutter to me and pried my nails off didnt even use it even cut my natural nail! Won't be back

I had a mixed experience at this salon. The pedicure was definitely the highlight—the technician was very gentle, took her time, and provided excellent customer service. She made the experience relaxing and enjoyable, and I really appreciated her careful attention to detail. However, I was very disappointed with the manicure.
