Just had a ridiculous experience here. Called a few minutes after they opened to make an appointment for my lunch break. When I get there they're working on 2 other people. I picked my color and waited, 15 minutes later the lady came to remove my polish and had me soak for what I thought would be a few minutes. She went back to working on the other person and left me soaking for another 20 minutes.
