Best Margaritas '09 Went there in 09. loved the place! Especially the margaritas. Super Mex is the best margarita i've ever had. In fact i use it as the base to create all of my own recipe margaritas
Great Mex Super Mex Restaurant & Cantina has great authentic mexican food. They have a large menu that you can find your favorite mexican dish. The prices are really reasonable and you get a large portion. They also have cool chips they just fry tortilla shells and they send them out in big circles instead of cutting them. Its kinda fun.
Restaurant Average Mexican restaurant. It gets very crowded. Service is not prompt and waiters are "hasty" in attitude. The food is average portions, but tortilla chips are very greasy. Food seems to be very hot (too much pepper) and extremely salty. This has been this way on several of our visits. Tables are too close together.
poor service we have been to the restaurant many times and the service was good .....until we took out of town visitors there and it was the worst service and food we had every had, appetizers were burnt, we had to ask for our drinks which they forgot and the main course took forever and was cold...we spoke to the manager who really didn't seem to care....find another restaurant this one is not worth it
Wow!!! This is the best place for mexican food anywhere, the food portions are huge, the staff very friendly and accomadating, plus full bar with video poker. Wow!!!! PROS: Everything CONS: nada
Great in 2007 I just read the other reviews that were written about Super Mex. I have to say that someone has a very bad attitude. To openly say that you liked the food until one off night and give a bad review seems a little unfair. Another says the portions are small. Have you ever eaten there? The portions are huge. Best Place for Mexican Food!!!! This place is definatly the best place for mexican food is Las Vegas Drinks: We usually order the Super Mex Margarita, has sauza tequila patron triple sec and a side shot of grand mariner like orange flavored liquor all for around $6 we've been to other mex rests. ordered similar drinks and have paid more then 10 dollars. A glorified Del Taco My Son and I ate at the Super Mex on Pecos and Sunset. At fist glance, the restaurant looked nice and clean. Upon ordering they bring the usual chips with salsa that most Mexican restaurants do. I ordered the large tostada salad and my son ordered on of their large burrito. Presentation was something you would see from an employee caf. Food was bland and looked very cheap. Taste was awful and we were not satisfied with food.
