The best prices in town, and I always get top dollar for my trade in's. I appreciate their customer programs, and extra incentives to come trade in your stuff, and help move their games (and etc) into hands that will use it. They do a great job at keeping the selection up, and rotated out. SMR is definitely picking up the ball that gamestop dropped. Will definitely keep trading in my games there.
My friend has always had good experiences at this place but I've had worse. I've bought a game from them three times. The first time I bought NHL 2016 and for some reason it wouldn't work on my PS four. After that I brought it back and try to get a refund but they would only give me store credit. Later I used that store credit to buy a monitor for my PS four which worked perfectly well. Honestly they are worse than Book and Music, not a fan of there overprices crap. They never have anything good in their shop for games or blu ray movies. I like RPGs, never any good rare stuff. I went in there to find a game, asked about it, and I got a rude response. I bet all the employees take the good stuff and resell it. The lady manager has a extreme case of resting bitch face if I ever saw one. Just avoid this trash place.
They have a wide selection of movies, games, and books. However, there's not much organization. It is a little difficult to find anything. They do have low prices on most movies.
Love the cheap prices but I bought madden 09 and when I got home it said unrecognized disc. When I went though the customer service was fine
I like the selection and some of the prices but the customer service is terrible. Manager doesn't care and neither does district manager. I've left with wrong discs (that they are supposed to check) complained about it, the cashiers/csr's if you ask them if they have a movie and ask to help find it, they will point and not help you find the product.
It is one of my grandchildren's favorite places for video games and mine for movies and books.
I always find the dvds other stores dont sell anymore
