The man was rude when I called their number for help.
I chose Super Mario's Pool and Spa to replace my Pump. Before My pump went out my pool was in tip top shape. Pablo came and replaced my pump. He did not reconnect my pump to the wall panel. He did not try to explain or express that I now have to manually put everything in at the pump itself. Here I was for weeks using a panel that was not even connected wondering why nothing is working. He left a huge torn to pieces box that he pump came in in my yard, when he could've have easily disposed of it in my recycle bins. I called ... read more
Made an appt with him.. he was rude on the phone, told me he would be here Saturday.. never showed up and never answered his phone when I tried to call.
Professional! On time. Came to my rescue last minute. Cleaned pool and spa balanced chemicals and scrubbed the bit of algae we had going on! Very knowledgeable as well.
