I used SuperMaids for a one-time cleaning service on June 2nd, and the service itself was fine. However, I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge of $232.99 on my account on July 2nd, even though I had not booked or received any further service. There was no communication, confirmation, or consent for this charge. Booked this company twice back in April 2025, paid both times no problem, the cleaning is great the ladies are fast and efficient HOWEVER fast forward to this week (July 2025), I received a 235$ charge on my card, checked my bank statements and my invoices from the company, my account was current, so I’ve tried calling multiple times reached out via email and via their website with no reply had to call my bank and cancel my card so that they could not charge me again and initiate a chargeback for the fraudulent charge, BEWAR... read more
