Unfriendly customer service. Spoke to the owner's wife on the phone this morning and was told that there was time for me to get an inspection. When I arrived, the owner told me he was only servicing "his regular clients" and not customers that get inspections there! Also said he was short-handed while there were 2 people standing around and NO cars in the bays. Never apologized - just walked away. Guess I won't be returning and will be sure any and all of my family and friends won't either.😤
RecommendedI’ve been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is always courteous, professional and service is fast! They never try to push services I don’t need and are by far the least expensive garage for repairs when I do need it. I highly recommend this garage.
quick on getting me in. they topped off all of my fluids and vacuumed out my car which I didn't know was part of the oil change package. they had excellence customer service skills and we're sweet to my daughter who kept asking all kinds of questions. thank you Super Lube!
