I need a new engine now about 30 miles after an oil change from them! They did not tighten the oil plug and refilled my oil to cover when I brought car back to check. I had no oil in my car! But they refilled oil to cover their tracks. Do not trust this establishment. Super Lube at New Leicester location gave me an oil change a few days ago and about 30 miles later my engine was knocking. My dealership said there was oil ALL over the bottom of my car. Craig Rogers, the owner is a pussy and won't even get on the phone. Ricki the manager is a liar.
