The staff are not friendly or helpful. They didnt refund a carwash after asking me to pull out of line for debris in the back of my truck. I get that. But give me back my money. And I had already tipped the girl spraying the front and she was going to keep it after asking me to pull out of the line. For the unlimited, they want to put a large sticker on the inside of the windshield. When i asked if there was an alternative or we could do it temp so it could be taken down. I was told no. In using Arland Auto Wash in Port Richey Fl the computer at check in would not honor the last paid car wash on a gift card, so they would not answer my phone calls or adjust the situation. Hence they ARLAND just lost a paying customer and I will take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated. I don't need to do business with firms like this.
I have washed my car here a few times, and have used different car wash types. They all were awesome, never disappointed one bit. The setup is just right to clean your whip, all in one stop; a place where you can take your time to vacuum, wipe you windows with clean towels provided and window cleaner. Have been there several time's and found the wash to be inconsistent. The brush doesn't touch the hood or windshield, only the roof. Some time's it gets the tailgate and sometimes it doesn't. Also goes through the air dryer way to fast. Happy with the tire treatment and the wax!
I returned to SuperSonic after days of an intense stinging skunk smell that remained in my car after they detailed it. My car smelled fine when I took it in. I told them the chemicals they left on the seats irritated my skin badly and stung my eyes even while driving with the windows opened. The stink makes me nauseated. We agreed they'd rinse everything, the seats twice. They said, "At least it isn't the musty smell we usually get, that's real hard to get out. We'll rinse it for you." What a terrible business. Poor employee attitude and work. Full service claims to check tire pressure. They don't. If they can't check the tire pressure, what else aren't they doing? I'll tell you. They don't grease your front end either. If you want your car to last, don't go to Livingston quick lube. Complete joke of a business.
Fast, friendly service and very knowledgable of my vehicle's needs!
Great Carwash I just think as a rule of thumb they should tell everyone about the Monthly Passes cause everyone is not aware of it.
