Their customer service is horrible. Never pick up the phone call even though I called more than 15 times in 2 days. The two operators are really nice and friendly, but they didn’t tighten my splash shield screw and it’s damaged now. The worst part is the customer service system, never answering.
right after i got my oil changed my splash shield came out, they didn't tighten the screw properly and it's damaged!!!! the worst customer service ever, never pick up the call even though i called them more than 15 times in two days.
