People were very nice. Got oil change and wiper blades. Cost $187 with a coupon!
Went in for a standard oil change before a road trip. I declined their air filter upsell because I do it myself, but they still took it out to show it to me. When I checked under the hood at home, I found they had installed the air filter clips backwards, causing one to fall off completely. Had to buy my own replacements on Amazon. Pure incompetence.
