Fast, friendly service.
Came in for an oil change and someone guided me into the garage and told me to wait and they would get my oil changed. I waited for 10-15 minutes before someone else came over and told me they could not do my oil change because they didn’t have the filter. They could’ve told me that as soon as they checked me in but instead wasted 15 minutes of my time. 10 minute, stay in your car oil change? False advertising. Go somewhere else for your oil change.
The price I was told $50 before I went was not the price I was charged $100 plus.
First time I had my oil changed here my car that had never leaked oil started dripping oil in my garage. I went back and they said some oil was spilled and wasn’t cleaned up… it still dripped oil but not as badly. I went back for an oil change today and because I came back after the first oil change to say it was dripping, this time they sucked the oil out. When I asked why they didn’t use the plug to change the oil (and hopefully seat it better) they said because it was leaking they didn’t want to risk damaging the plug mor... read more
