Ever bad experience in my life
Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. We walked in for a haircut and my boyfriend was completely ignored. No greeting, no acknowledgment, and no instruction to sit or wait — even though several barbers were sitting idle. Not a single one made an effort to help. On top of that, haircuts take way too long because the barbers spend more time talking than working. Customers shouldn’t feel invisible or have their time wasted.
