Would highly recommend…going anywhere else! The absolute worst hotel experience ever. Rooms were OK, lower level reeks of smoke. Night management was terrible, didn’t address issues of extremely loud guests. Did not sleep at all as the hallway noise was awful for hours on end. Guest irate yelling in the hallways. Multiple visits by Lansing Police in the same night. An outrageous experience.

The bathtub didn't drain properly and I had to keep turning my shower off in the midst of my shower so that a bunch of the water could drain out before it got too high. The bed sheets were clean The comforter looked clean too, so that's a great plus. My room was 75 bucks. There is a sign outside on the front door that says "No visitors after dark". I wanted to tell the man at the front desk about the bathtub not draining, but he absolutely could not understand anything I was saying. Communication was tough. He was super swee... read more
