This place was so gross. Our bed was covered in stains and when I asked for new blankets that were clean the front desk guy laughed and said no. The shower curtain was stained red all over. And it looked like our door had been kicked in a few times and didn't have a deadbolt lock. We walked in and left after 10 minutes because of how gross it was.

I stayed at Super Inn Lansing in October 2025 for one night, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to stores and restaurants — everything else was awful. The room was the same temperature as outside (around 40°) because the heater didn’t work. I told the staff I didn’t want to pay full price for a freezing room, and they moved me to another room that had the exact same issues. Bed bugs, dirty and rude. Did not stay, checked in looked at room and checked right back out.

No security lock on the door, spiders and bugs in the room. No wash clothes, bath mat, or cups. Personnel were rude.
