I really have to say that SUPER has improved a lot over the years. I’ve been a customer since 2022, and they’ve covered multiple claims—some appliances were replaced, and others repaired. The new chat feature is super convenient, and I hope they expand it to the app and extend the hours. The contract is clear, coverage is solid, and the deductible is fair. I had two major warranty companies prior to switching to Super and let me tell you.....there is a HUGE difference! I will never use anyone else again and highly recommend them to all of my friends and relatives! I've had Super for a little over a year, and have needed them three times.....most recently last week. solid experience - unlike other home warranty companies
This company has been great to work with. They are very quick to respond and cover what they say they are going to cover. I have had other warranty companies in the past and they were horrible. I would give 10 stars as possible. So glad my realtor started me with this company and I was so happy with the plan and customer service I stayed with them on renewal.
Don’t use Super. 3 very bad experiences. I pay them over $75 per month but figured i would give them a 2nd chance. (See previous posts) for my condo and another $90 per month for home coverage. Basically $1800 per year. So my refrigerator started leaking and it is the water filter housing in the refrigerator. Now just about every refrigerator in America has an ice maker and water dispenser but after paying $95 deductible they deny claim. Said not covered.
