WARNING!!!We had a great experience with Superhelpers...that is until we found things stolen from our home. They do a great job cleaning and they build your trust where you are willing to leave them alone in your home and that's when the stealing begins. Unfortunately, the new owner Kurt takes no responsibility for the matter and we now have no choice to get the police involved since they don't want to resolve the situation as adults. Kurt won't even respond to calls to return our house key....he is the definition of poor ma... read more

Not sure if things have changed but my experience was a year ago and they never made it to the house to clean. I was trying to find a cleaning group and decided to buy the groupon. When called to schedule they had to schedule 2 months out because they were so booked. Then the day before they were to clean they canceled. It was right before memorial weekend and I was pregnant and we had people coming so I was upset enough to never call back to reschedule. I purchased a groupon for $75.00 of 2 hours cleaning service. One lady showed up 30 minutes late and did only the upstairs bathrooms and vacuumed. No dusting, didn't clean one of the bathroom floors. Terrible service!
Did a great job, efficient and thorough. I had a deal from Hampton Rds. on the internet, and worth it.Will call for an estimate..
