I Just bought a property in March and didnt know you had to have warranty transferred over in 30 days. Of course the ducts have mold! Called about the lifetime warranty and they said its past 30 days. A lot of work was completed and only 4 years later this is happening. He was like we can come out …why would I have you come out if you dont have a true warranty! The previous owner spent a lot of money and for nothing.

Raul was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond on my service. He took the extra time to carefully explain everything he did and even showed pictures of everything. If I didn’t understand something, he was extremely patient and explained again. He offered suggestions on how to obtain best service with my AC. I am so pleased with his service and hope I am able to request him in the future. Raul is a wonderful representation for your company!!
