Issue has been resolved. UPDATE:11/10/2025 I called first thing this morning and nobody called me back so I canceled my service contract. The technicians are salespeople who will charge a ridiculous amount of money for services that you may not need. The service technician that was at my house on Friday did not add freon to my hvac, thats why my house was 80 degrees all weekend. And the caps on my hvac were not tightened and had been broken off.
