Had a great experience with Raul my maintenance technician. He went far above and beyond and really tuned our air-conditioning units perfectly and stayed and answered all questions. He was also very professional and very clean and manifold to my family. I would use this company again and Raul is the reason why.
All those good reviews must be fake. Bought a unit 2 years ago, they installed the wrong AC, create a HUGE water leak in my living room, never fixed my ceiling but they did end up installing the right AC. They offered me free maintenance and now refuse to do them. Impossible to talk to a manager. Big Scam
