We had our entire AC system replaced just two months ago, spending over $14,000—and it’s been nothing but problems ever since. The unit keeps breaking down, and there’s a Freon leak that no one seems willing or able to fix. BEWARE! Today, technician 645- E. Villareal from Super ABC Plumbing Air and Heat misdiagnosed the HVAC issue, sold a service and did not get the AC to cool. This company sent not one but two techs in the same day without proper tools and without parts to resolve issue. At the point of payment I was told that adding Freon would resolve issue and get the AC TO COOL but still does not work and unit was shut off and not working. Then a dye was added and told would take up to 2 weeks to determine if unit has a leak. Meanwhile w/o... read more
