Shout-out for Zay, great service today. However, the entire scheduling process for service needs improvement, but not Zay's fault. Update as of 5/8/26: DM me for details if you'd like. Jameson the sales guy went silent. Have been told twice by Scott that "the permits department" should provide an update now that it's been installed for 9 weeks. Haven't heard shit from the "permits department" or their supervisor. Avoid this company.
Robert was extremely helpful and super knowledgeable about what was going on with our A/C. He’s super reasonable and gives awe some advice about how to fix and what to get fix without cheating on prices. Robert really sets you up for success and has a great attitude while doing it.
