Never Again The last two times my friends and I went here we got sick. We had been going here for over a year and loved the place until this happened. The quality of the food seems to have gone downhill. I definitely would not recommend as others who have been there recently said they too got sick.

Craving Chinese? The Super Great Wall Buffet is great for family dinner because they have American and Chinese food. Food is quickly filled up once the buffet has any empty trays, and service is good. The best fetures are king crab legs and the sushi bar, but prices tend to be highest after four o'clock when they serve dinner. Sundays have the highest price, so its best to go on a weekday, and make sure you don't have a weak stomach.
NEVER AGAIN! I have been there twice. The first time I went there was over a year ago and got really sick. I figured I'd give it another try on 09/11/2010. The waitress was rude, the tables were sticky and the woman's restroom was smeared with feces everywhere. The food looked and tasted good but my boyfriend and I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom. There is obvioulsy something really wrong with that place.
Bad service My fiancee and I used to go to super great wall all the time. At one point they just started getting ruder and ruder. One time we went there, we both ordered a coca cola. The waitress either thought we were too fat (and I don't think we are... I'm 180 and she's 125ish) or they didn't know the difference. Gotta have more!! I've been around the block a few times, eaten at many chinese and buffet places, and the Super Great Wall is right at the top of my list of places to go back to! Sure, the resturante is older than say, the Tin Tin buffet in Biddeford, the carpets are not new, and the bathrooms may not be cleaned every hour, but I have had a wonderful experience with the staff, especially the sushi chef. Worth the trip We eat at this place at least ten times a year, sometimes driving 60 minutes each way just to dine there. The prices are very reasonable, the food is about 3.5 star. The sushi offerings are plebeian but quite tasty, including smoked eel, octopus and good fish in addition to the inevitable California Roll items; the chef is always busy preparing more. Delicious food poisoning The food tasted good going down. Not so good coming up later in the day. I was there with my boyfriend, and we ate about the same thing - except I had the mussels. Pretty sure that was what did it. I have a pretty strong stomach and have never had a problem with seafood in the past. Ruined an otherwise lovely afternoon.
Very satisfied, repeat visits When in portland and with a group of friends we frequently eat here because the price isnt bad and there is something for everyone. They have both Asian food and American . I have never gotten sick there and none have my friends, Infact I was just in Portland two days ago and ate there.
