Called in to get a quote and they were very unprofessional
(Long-time customer of them.) If anything went wrong, just keep “bothering” Sam by voice/text, and they will take care of it… lol…
We went into the super glass office in Campbell and Sam was really nice. It was locked and after we called, he came and unlocked the door for us. We had an initial chat about what we wanted and what they could provide. We went around shopping for more quotes since its our first time ever doing a remodel and buying a home. After 2 days we decided we will go with Sam and got a final quote. But when we asked if they could provide any discount since we are getting glass door for two bathrooms done, he said it's not possible. So ... read more
Excellent services! I contacted Super Glass for replacing the glass of our patio door. Sam sent his brother to do the measurements within two hours. The new glass was installed in four days. Very satisfied with the new glass and the installation. Highly recommended!
