Never answers the phone, when you call you get an automated text back and NEVER GET A CALL BACK OR A QUOTE!!! I have tried multiple times now to get a quote for a couple of things and I NEVER get it, just get shuffled around and employees say "I gave the information to the boss". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They used to be on Winchester Blvd. and were really good with good service. But since their move, it's now horrible. Why don't you hire someone just to answer phones if you're that busy. I needed to replace a clear sliding glass door for a shower. I wasn't sure how to do that so I came here and these folks helped me out and came out and installed exactly what I needed. They were very helpful and I felt that it was a good quality shower door for the price.
We changed door for restaurant in Cupertino. I love it and for customer service. Also, thank you so much...
