If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST foot massage I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had plenty. I booked an hour-long session and had to cut it short at 30 miserable minutes because it was that bad. First of all, the person doing the massage clearly did NOT care. First visit — unfortunately, a disappointing experience. I went for the first time today. The place was very busy, and there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Later, someone came in and started organizing things — to my surprise, she turned out to be the person giving me the massage. During the session, she got up several times to answer the door and the phone. I felt she wasn’t focused on me at all.
