Should be called Super Bad Floors Run away! This is the slimiest company I have ever had the misfortune of doing business. They installed laminate flooring throughout my house. There are multiple problems. It's been a year, and they still haven't resolved the issue. The first seven months, they claim I had a moisture problem and it wasn't covered under the warranty. The worse I have ever ever ever seen. If you feel like getting screwed these are the guys for you. They offer you the world and then all these costs pop up. And then they have these policies that all of a sudden appear when you thought you were paying this they will say "oh well we didnt know thats what you wanted." My contractor stays miles away from them. They are slimy little toads. They will hurt your pocket. Stay away from this contractor The builder chose them as our carpet contractor. They charged huge numbers for any upgrading. In fact, I was told that their upgrading fee is enough for a brand new carpet of the same grade. When the work was done, we found seams everywhere. The builder called them, and they simply responded that that it was the industry standard to have seams in carpet. Almost everyone in my neiborhood had problems with Superfloors. Great service! We use Superfloors at my job to install carpet and vinyl in to our units. They do a great job and are always able to come out as soon as we need them. They also come out with tons of samples when we feel like changing the colors of our carpet or the vinyl. They are also priced very affordably!
