STAY AWAY!!!! Don't waste your time and money with this place. They're sketchy from beginning to end. At the time of the contract they promise you heaven and when you try to cancel your membership you end up in hell! I've been trying to get my $100.00 back for more than 4 months with no luck. SCAM DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. – I can't believe it. I thought it was all over a year ago and I just realized starting a year later.... after I finally got them to agree my contract was over..... they have started charging my card again starting 4 months ago. This is a scam. the company is CCI in OH and they are a collections company. Just to be clear they stopped charging me for in October 2010 and a year later after not being charged they started charging me again DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM.

STAY AWAY, SLEAZY PRACTICES! – First of all, both my friend and I were ASSURED by the sales staff that we could cancel anytime we wanted, but this is a LIE. You will be sucked into a 2 year contract, and there is actually fine print in the contract that says no oral promises or statements are included in the contract. This pretty much means that they can say whatever they want to get you to sign, no matter how much of a lie it is. I feel incredibly stupid for not reading the fine print on the contract. Dishonest Sales – The sales person told me it was a formality to get out of a contract if needed. After being led around a phone chain, there was no getting out. Only join this gym with a contract if you intend on staying the full term. Do not listen to the sales people! Other than that, there is plenty of equipment and it is inexpensive.

Sleazy People – My brother signed up for the gym and was given a free month pass to give to a friend so he gave it to me. After the first week they tried to steal the pass from me because I would not sign up for the gym membership. The management is so dishonest. I don't go there any more.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!!! – Please!!! Stay away!!! This gym may appear great on the outside (cheap prices/decent hours) but in reality it is horrendous. The staff (specifically the General Manager) is discourteous, inconsiderate, and mainly I think one step above being deemed mentally retarded. When I first signed up for the gym I was lured in by their resonable prices, unfortunately they failed to mention that you can't get out of your contract... which is typically 2 years. Dishonest and disrespectful – If you want to be treated like dirt, pick Super Fitness. The management is rude and disrespectful, but will do anything to enroll you in the gym and anything to keep you from doing what's best for yourself. I made the unfortunate decision of enrolling in a membership, but as I had to relocate due to unforseen circumstances, I was forced to cancel my membership. Only thing was, they refused! Great – Friendly, great staff. I have amet a few members there and now have workout partners. It takes a lot for me to get up and go to the gym in the morning, but I do it. It's inviting and I get a good workout.
