Steve came to give us an estimate and he was very nice and professional. Unfortunately this time we are not able to do the project with him but definitely will keep him in mind for future projects.
I had an electrical issue with my pool pump, and Carlos came out to help. He was right on time, very friendly, and professional. What I really appreciated was how thorough he was in explaining everything he was doing, making sure I understood the problem and the solution. He fixed the issue quickly and left me with confidence that everything was working safely. I would definitely recommend Carlos to anyone who needs a reliable and knowledgeable electrician!
We had a 3-prong dryer outlet that was fried and could have caused major damage. Steve did an excellent job replacing it with a 4-prong outlet and relocating it to a safer location. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and plan to use him again for future projects.
