She is nice I will say but she ruined my hair. My hair fell apart when she put bleach in it because she left it on for too long. She didn't do a strand test and didn't warn me that my hair was going to fall off if she put bleach in it. I cried of how bad my hair looked and my birthday is in a few days. I'm never going back.
