I recently got fried chicken sandwich from Super Duper and I noticed a quality issue with their chicken meat. The meat had an unusually rubbery texture and pulled apart into long, tough, stringy fibers that were difficult to bite through and chew. Instead of being tender and juicy, it felt dense and almost fibrous. Everything else was good, but the quality of the chicken made the sandwich hard to enjoy. The chicken needs to be sourced and prepared in a better way. I am fine paying more for higher quality. This was not good.
Food was excellent. Good value for the money. Either here or Gotts burger place in Napa are wonderful.
Great place for a quick burger or chicken sandwich. All ingredients in the grilled chicken sandwich are really good. They had a bit of a rush but staff handled everything really well.
