I have used this pharmacy for many years. I never received information they were closing. My prescription got lost and I had to go out of state. My prescriptions could not be transferred. Really put me in a bind.

After YEARS of business with our entire family, Tess has let the family owned great customer service and positive attitude go along with changes. It would have been nice to get notified that our prescriptions are being transferred to CVS. It also would have been nice to have a say so where they are being transferred. Last, the shortness and I don't really care responses from the current staff has been notified. Very Disappointed!! No future business from our family.
Was a long time customer and found out that they merged with CVS with no notification of this and I talked to them 2 days ago! I have an infected leg and since I can't drive, they were going to mail my antibiotic to me, now it's lost and my leg is infected and I can't walk on it. Nobody knows where or what happened to my antibiotic!! Really disappointed with you Tess!
