I trust this shop. I have been to many bike shops with very high demands for my bikes. I ride and race frequently and in my experience with Super Cool was that it is simply the best shop that I have ever worked with. I feel like they take the time to invest in safety, quality, and overall respect people's' bikes. Thank you Super Cool Bike Shop for taking care of me for the last couple of years!
OMG, this shop is the worst. The "mechanics" haven't a clue. They damage parts on your bike and do nothing to remedy the damage. Reinstall parts, like a rear wheel and don't make sure everything is realigned correctly or even make sure that all the connections are back where they belong. One person starts the work and someone else finishes and when you have a question or a PROBLEM the tech that "caused the problem" can't be found anywhere. These guys went out of their way to help my father's wheelchair tire replacement today and I couldn't be happier about bringing our business there. They took on a challenging task to help us in our unique situation, with a solid core wheelchair tire. Not only did they do an exceptional job but they were so kind to take on this uncommon situation without hesitation. If I could give them 6 stars I would. In town for a race weekend. Had mechanicals during the morning road race. They had us fixed up and ready for the afternoon TTT. Truly "Super Cool"
I needed a bike tune up for my tri bike 1 wk before the 70.3 ironman and they were able to get my bike fixed up quickly. They even washed my arm resting pads and changed out my tires for me. I needed parts on the bike to be replaced, which was picked up by the tech and they called to alert me about the problem. The service was awesome, affordable and staff are very friendly. Best bike shop you can go to, outstanding employees with a lot of knowledge!! I have bought three bikes from there and I will continue to buy from Super Cool Bike Shop. I drive 2 hours to go here just for the great workers and help I receive! I highly recommended everyone to check it out! Great prices too!!
