I've been trying for over three weeks to get these people to come back and replace the filter that they put in when they installed my AC. Look at that filter! It's half the size of the air inlet! It isn't filtering ANYTHING. I've called multiple times, been courteous with each call, and every time it's a delay or an excuse. If they're willing to cut corners on what may be the EASIEST part of the install, putting in a god damn filter, what else have they cut corners with?

You worked on my 87 yr. old mother's air conditioner that wasn't working, charged her almost $400. It started spewing black smoke and died within an hour. You then told her for another $400-500.00 you would replace the fan motor and check the unit for any problems. My husband has been an hvac professional for almost 40 years and unfortunately lives 1000 miles away. It should cost around $250 for parts and labor. How do you live with yourself ripping off an old lady? I'm going to report you to the better business bureau.

I could not be happier with how well the install of my new AC unit went yesterday! Dave and Lou who did all the hard work (up 65 steps!) were so professional and a pleasure to have at my home all day. Would recommend Super Cool in a heartbeat! Robert, who came out for the estimate, was so incredibly nice and genuine; Monica was so organized and fit me in to the schedule so quickly..thanks again!! So happy!! Stay COOOOL!!

I have a turn of the century craftsman house in Silverlake in which I was process of replacing all of the existing dated cast iron plumbing and unfortunately had initially hired the wrong plumbers. I was left with a half installed HVAC and plumbing that the LA City inspector marked on the corrections sheet “Too many to list” – I was screwed.
