WORSE MANAGEMENT EVER! It's been over 2 months, and our AC still doesn't work. Been out around 10 times (I've lost count). It's all disconnected! My landlord paid them and they won't fix the unit. The 300lb part was delivered to the wrong place. I get it takes a week to get the part ( because they won't go to lowse or Home Depot, Amazon), and the parts were delivered over a month and a half ago, but really two months. 0/5. Extremely rude employees. Does not care if you have AC or not. We were told to not contact them and they’d get to us when they got to us.
Long time customer. summer of 2021 newer minisplit quit de humidifying resulting in much mildew in house. Being worked on by SC technician to no avail. had to buy de humidifier. Heater works great. Summer 2022 SC technician works on but again no results. Owner said would be fixed under warrenty (ran out in Nov.) Tech. for SC said inside head would have to be replaced and was on order. No contact from SC until I called owner on cell phone in Jan. 2023 and find out the unit is obsolete. Said he would be out next day. Now two w... read more
