AWFUL! Tore my blouse, lost my sheets & gave me someone else’s clothes in a 3 wk span.The worst was her attitude toward me.Called me a liar & was not sorry. I was so upset I left my debit card there & she did not even have the decency to call & tell me it was there. Took clothes to previous owner for at least 15 years w/ not one problem! Jacked prices up with worse service. Take clothes here at your own risk!
Terrible experience with a dress I brought in to be tailored. The dress needed a fastener and loop tightened. The fastener fell right off and they didn't even use new thread. They were rude when I went back in to show them.
Yes it has nice machines but for travelers, you have to pay on a card ypu purchase from, The company which means you will have money left on the laundry card you cannot get back. You have to use the card to get into the bathroom too. UGH!!!
Great dry cleaners in Fountain Hills. Always able to help get things on time which I truly value. They’re able to care for all of our fabrics very well and even got a stain out of our guest room comforter that I thought was definitely damaged, I’m so grateful. The owner, Poonam, takes care of the repairs and always greets me with a smile and is so lovely.
Price for bedspread to be clean is $35 plus 10% environmental fee. This fee is a way to increase their revenue. There is no state or city mandated environmental tax. Employe at the counter lets your wait 10 minutes before making the effort to take/or pay for your dry cleaning.
