DO NOT EVER USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! They lost my husband's worn only once Cinch shirt on his first time going there. The staff gives you every excuse in the book as to where it could possibly be, with different time frames as to when to expect they find it, IF they find it. I mean their whole job is to take care of other people's clothes and they can't even do that right, nor starch worth a damn either. This place is so close to where I live I have used them over many years, however they really SUCK! The clerks could care less, they have lost clothes and refuse to replace them, they have damaged clothes and the managers never call you back nor do they care. The only business philosphy they seem to have is charge the lowest, give the customer the least and enough idiots will still use them to keep the profits flowing. I don't care how close or how cheap they are I will never use these loosers again.

Be forwarned, these people are not easy to work with. I've had several items of clothing damaged by their poor care and I've had other numerous complaints. I've finally decided to find another cleaners to work with. These folks are not professional, are difficult to work with, and really, really don't appreciate long time customers. Shame on them.

I took my bedding to Super Cleaners on Redland Road and was told to leave the store after complaining about my items not being ready twice. The employee insisted that because my items were "ready" at another location, they were not going to discount the price and advised me to pick it up at another location. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told one was not available and referred to an answering service.
