quick My favorite thing about Super Cleaners is their ability to get my items back to me as soon if not sooner than I need them. I have never had a problem requesting things back quickly when I have something important going on. They are very accomidating to their customers and run a respectable business. The prices are lower than a lot of places in town and the service is much better than any cleaners than I have been to around this area. I would recoomend them to anyone.

Easy Clean & Repairs Super Cleaners are fast and efficient. They have gotten out spots I thought were hopeless, repaired linen pants that I thought were goners, and all with a day or two. The prices are more than fair. Very impressive.

great dry cleaner I have been here twice and got great service both times. They called me to let me know when my stuff was ready to be picked up which was sooner than expected. Prices here are excellent to.

Rudeness We have been using Super Cleaners on Alma School for approximately 4 years. The cleaning service has always been very good. They did send me home with someone else's blouse once time (which I returned), but I can overlook a 1-time error. What I cannot over look is the increasing rudeness of the owner's wife. She has never been very pleasant, but It seems to me that good service includes BOTH good cleaning and a pleasant attitude.

One Bad time ruins it My husband has used this place for quite some time, but as they say, it only takes one unsatisfactory time to ruin something. Recently he dropped off my expensive queen sized down comforter for dry cleaning.. He brings it home and I pull it out and this is a twin comforter!! I bring it back and the woman tells me that until someone else brings in MY COMFORTER there is no way to know if I'm telling the truth.. Didn't offer any type of refund on the cleaning or ANYTHING. The best prices in Ocotillo Super Cleaners does a good job and has the best prices in the area. Sometimes communicating is hard since many employees don't speak English, but be patient.

I had been a loyal customer for years! Recently, they ruined an Adidas golf shirt. I brought it to their attention and was told that they would have the owners contact me. 10 days passed without being contacted. When i returned to inquire, I was told the owners position was they did things right and they had no fault in it. No apologies, no offer of a free dry cleaning, no offer to replace...NOTHING! NADA! So today I went and bought a replacement, and since it was on sale, it cost $17! I will be taking my business elsewhere.... read more
