Brilliant service from Shane right from enquiry and quote through to carpet cleaning in my bedrooms. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Really happy with the job that was done and will have Shane and crew back again. They even helped with a recent stain on my couch of unknown origin, i.e. dog related! Highly recommend :)
Shane did a great job ckeaning, the carpet invthe house and rug. Scotchguard was also on carpet and rug. Very happy.
Shane was incredibly professional. He returned my call punctually, and did a wonderful job cleaning my stained rug. Great service, won’t go anywhere else.He also honoured his quote, as have had experience with other companies where the price is increased once the job has been done. Highly recommended.
Requested an opinion of what the results would be for a carpet clean. Shane's response was it would be hard to obtain the results I was looking for. I thought it was to far gone with pet (cats & dogs) stains,spilt coffee and tea and other difficult stains. He wasn't able to help but what we look for in tradies is honestly and integrity and that's what Shane delivered. That's why 5. Stars,trust. For got to say colour was pinky cream and 40 years old. It was a good call.
