Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, but I just had a 60-minute massage and it was absolutely amazing! Manager Rosie at the front desk is super friendly and down-to-earth. My massage therapist, Helen, really listened to where I was feeling pain and spent extra time working on my shoulders to relieve all the knots. I feel so much better and completely relaxed now. Best massage in the valley. Excellent value.
I used to enjoy coming to this location. It has truly gone downhill and I don't think I will be back. It would be a good idea for the "massage therapists" to work on each other so they can really see just how bad the experience is. Do not recommend.
I'm a frequent customer and I can vouch that the team is always friendly and the sheets are always clean. The staff is professional and accommodating. I always find Superclass relaxing and a great value! The owner is almost always working upfront very helpful and if you communicate your needs to her she will make sure they are addressed.
