The worst experience I ever had as a massage. 1. They had no towels to cover the body. I felt naked getting a massage. They had a large face towel that couldn’t even cover my butt while getting a massage so I was freezing the entire time 2. I was placed right in front by the lobby so I consistently heard the door open and close and customers at the front talking so NO PEACE. Truly shocked to see any negative reviews on here. My appointment was mind blowing bliss like I’ve never experienced before. I think it was a Suzy that greeted me at the front, she was so cute and sweet. I was matched with Ileelee for my 120 min reflexology and it was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. I was just looking at some of the reviews calling it “sketchy”, people not liking the privacy curtains instead of doors. Love the quick service! I was able to get a 1 hour appointment for my wife and myself with 2 hours notice. Always a good massage!!
Not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from, but I just had a 60-minute massage and it was absolutely amazing! Manager Rosie at the front desk is super friendly and down-to-earth. My massage therapist, Helen, really listened to where I was feeling pain and spent extra time working on my shoulders to relieve all the knots. I feel so much better and completely relaxed now.
