Mediocre food. Terrible service. We ordered a milkshake with our order which we didn't receive with our food. We asked about it and the cashier told me she has to take everyone's order before she can make our shake and that she's the only one that can make it. We had to wait until we were finished eating to get it. That's the lamest excuse I've ever heard. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was soggy and tasted like a washcloth covered in tobasco sauce. We love this place. My son is on the spectrum. There's very few things he'll eat but he loves chicken. When we were talking as a family where to eat he kept on pitching that this is the best chicken we have to go there and try it. He told my daughter, my wife, "trust me, you'll thank me later." My daughter was upset she wanted some Japanese food. After she tried the fries and the chicken with all the sauce options, she loves it too!

First time eating at Super Chix, and it was excellent! I had the chicken sandwich and fries—both were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The real standout, though, was the service. Ayanna was incredibly helpful with the menu and made the experience even better. Great food and great service—I’ll definitely be back!
