We’ve been customers for years and tonight is the last time we’ll order from Super China. We ordered steamed dumplings and got fried. The noodles taste like they’ve been sitting in a warmer all day, and the breaded shrimp was a joke! Extremely small piece of shrimp surrounded by an excessive amount of breading. Hello Autumn. I am sorry for your experience. Like any product you would purchase from any store, a refund is given when you bring the product back for a refund. We try to work with our customers - for example, if you ate 50% of the meal, we would have refunded you the other half and still absorbed the cost. In this case, you informed me you only had a side dish of noodles left uneaten. As a small business, it is extremely hard for us to eat these costs.
