This is our third project with Super Builders. Two of these projects required quite a bit expertise and particularly out-of-box thinking. Edit: Miguel the owner was super nice and kept up the good communication with us. He and his crew came over within a few days after we called him about the issues. He fixed most of the concerns and told us the wood naturally bend/bow and offered to replace most of them except minor ones which he screwed tight. The horizontal "staple" mark and the cuts on the surface of the wood which he told us that's from natural storage of the wood. Excellent company, we've hired them to completely rebuild our patio and build a new wooden deck with a patio cover. They've proven to be very attentive to the customer needs, punctual, maintained a clean job site, excellent quality of work, we're very happy with the final result and would not hesitate to hire them again for more projects in the future!
