Horrible food. Many things are over cooked and you can tell it's been sitting out all day. It's no wonder the place is mostly empty all the time. Food makes you feel sick the next day; avoid at all costs!
Best Chinese buffet for miles around. There are a few menu items they have that are worth going for by themselves, such as their amazing crab rangoon

Typical to buffet style food, depending on the time of day food has been prepared early in large quantities and then sits for long periods... when fresh, it's decent, but often it's not appealing. As for the service, some servers are friendly, but hoovering, and others are just plain rude. You don't have to speak the language to recognize rude behavior!
