I’ve been going here for over a decade. Great service, but as of recently, gift cards bought during the holiday season cannot be used in conjunction with a $2 eyebrow threading coupon. This has never been an issue in the past. Management claims it to be “double dipping”. I find that ridiculous as that was NEVER disclosed at time of purchasing the cards and we should be able to use our gift cards when we choose. I’ve been going here for years. And overall good experience. I use to pay $10.00 for my eyebrow threading. And now it $15.00 for the service. I’m going to be honest, I dislike the point-of-sale pressure, where the pressure you to leave a tip. Even asking, “do you want to leave a $5.00 tip??? So, basically I’m paying $20.00 in total each time. No, I dislike that especially when tipping wasn’t traditionally expected at this shop.
