They came in to replace our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. The team came in led by Andre. They assessed the best way to get it done and got right to it. They were very courteous, they covered everything that needed to be covered, and only walked on the floor coverings. Every afternoon/ evening they cleaned up all work spaces. Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. Excellent everything! Availability, customer service, upfront about pricing prior to booking the appointment. That was just the phone call. The service technician was also Excellent. Thorough assessment, Thorough explanation of the problem(s), explained parts that would need replacing and my options.
