Very supportive and amazing staff.
Helpful, professional. All the staff I've worked with have been pleasant.
They keep advertising certain toys as In Stock, then never ship them. Once I can understand, but 5 straight times is ridiculous. Stop saying something is In Stock when it obviously is not.
