They sold us a car in January where they confirmed they'd inspected it and confirmed in good working order - we took it recently for an oil change and inspection (done maybe 3k miles since then) they said the state of the breaks couldn't have got that bad in 6 months and that many miles as well as a host of other issues. They knowingly sold us an unsafe car, telling us, with my 18 month old daughter sat playing with their car, that it was a good car. These people have no morals and will. Posted a car online pictures and everything. States that the car was in an accident. I called and asked about the accident. I was told that it was just the left front bumper and fender. There was no visible damage in any of the pictures posted. I got there to look at the car and there was a bolt on the bumper holding it on. I said is this how you fixed it from the accident and they said yes like it was no big deal. I said ok I'm good thanks and left. I was referred by a dealer they work closely with. I provided a vehicle inspection report from the actual dealership stating bad AC compressor days prior to my appointment. In under 30 min I was quoted the exact amount as the Toyota dealership. I returned to pick up my car and my keys were held from me until I paid a $90 diagnostic fee which was never mentioned during the previous texts and calls to this shop. They only accepted debit and I had to request and wait for an invoice receipt.
