Zero customer service and not honest staff
Very Disappointing Experience I Do Not Recommend This Place My experience with Super Bee Auto LLC in Chantilly was extremely disappointing. I felt that they were trying to find something—anything to charge me for during the inspection. When they realized I was not interested in having them do additional work, they failed my vehicle inspection. I took my car to another inspection station afterward, and the car passed. We were going to purchase a truck from this dealer filled the application out on a Thursday was told we would hear from them the next day said they could not do anything in till Monday mind you we’re so pose to pick the truck up today they told us the banks are close today but they had all day Friday to talk to the bank why did they wait for the last minute I would never buy anything from these people
Fawad and Cass are funny guys who know their stuff. They were able to work many different angles to help and get you what you want. Definitely good business men.
