They have a lot of selections and people there are polite and helpful. I like their buy one get one free and extra 10% off.
Best bang for the buck. I've been coming here for years and I always find what I need. I read the other reviews and yes rhe owner used to ask us to lock up our purses. I didnt like it but I asked and found out it was because of shoplifters. I get that. They no longer make you lock up your purse so I am fine. Best selection in the city.
The owners are so nice, but unfortunately, the women working the floor are so rude and callous. Terrible.

This store is so welfare in every way. Their employees are lazy and then want a tip. If you buy a wig, check it before you leave. Their lazy employees will just grab whatever is close and you'll go home to realize its nothing close to what you wanted. They post pictures of people stealing to detour theft, yet drive away their customers who actually have money. Hood, welfare, nasty...
Don't waste your money on this fake real hair want to be store!!! Arrogan pompus owner could care less about the African American shopper that drop hard earned money in this store. Black people wake up! All they want is your money and then they want you to get the hell out before you steal something (LOL) Wake up and smell the truth! But there is a wonderful Black woman that works in the wig dept, I feel sorry for her. I'd give no stars if I could because they do not deserve any!!!
As.the other girls said, the hair isn't the best here. Most of it brands you've never heard of. Hair is crazy over priced to compensate for buy one get one deal. They follow you around in a really obvious way. Totally disrespectful. The girl only walked away because I stared back at her until she was gone. Smdh, now that my usual hair store does buy one Get one I'll never be back in that b itch.
The service I received while I was there was great and their prices are resonable. All this stuff about the hair shedding and the them splittling tracks is a concern for the manufacturer of the product. I purchased the Choco Remy wet and wavey and it worked just fine. People have to be careful or what they purchase. Paying more for your hair and taking care of it like its your is the best way to get the most out of your purchase. Thumbs up for me with SUPER BEAUTY OUTLET!!!
Brought human hair wig product and the hair sheds everyday...by next week there will be no hair left. I only had hair for two weeks.....There return policy is what is because their product is not worthy the money and they know you will want to return it. Purchase the beauty supplies but leave the wigs and hair pieces to a much better store....
