I called several times and no one answers the phone when customers are calling. I was going to go there but I'll take my business elsewhere.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this beauty supply store to do a return within the 7-day window, as clearly stated on my receipt. The receipt says that within seven days, a refund or exchange is allowed. When I arrived, the manager (Jane) was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my situation.
